Most playback problems can be solved easily by one or more of the following steps:
- Change the video quality
- Update your browser or use a different one (Google Chrome (recommended), Opera, Firefox)
- Delete browser cookies and cache (e.g. in Firefox under Tools - Extras - Clear Recent History - select Cookies and Cache)
- Restart your browser

I can’t open my videos for 5 days! I have payed money and this is my second month of membership ! Plz solve my problem ASAP! It’s say something wrong with my payment but there is nothing wrong with that and I have payed my second months successfully
