I can’t login – what can I do about it?

Please check if you have entered your e-mail address and your password correctly.

Tip for GMAIL customers:

Please check if you have registered your account with the e-mail domain @gmail.com or @googlemail.com. In order to login successfully, you must use the same domain you've used during your registration.

If you forgot your password, please follow these instructions to generate a new password:

As usual, open the login mask. You will find a link called "Forgot your password?" Click on the link and enter your e-mail address as well as the security code. A link is then sent to your e-mail address, allowing you to login again and change the password in your personal area.
